Terms and Conditions in Our Water Restoration Company
Acceptance of Terms
By using the Federal Way Restoration Pros website, https://waterrestorationfederalway.com/, you agree to these Terms and Conditions as they are written today. These Terms govern your use of the site and any services you inquire about.
If we update these Terms in the future, your continued use of our website means you accept the revised rules. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the website or request services. This agreement is between you and Federal Way Restoration Pros.
Services
Federal Way Restoration Pros provides professional emergency restoration services, including water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation. All services begin with an on-site assessment to determine the scope of work and are subject to the findings of that assessment. We may use third-party vendors or subcontractors for specialized tasks, such as complex reconstruction.
The availability of specific services, equipment, or personnel can vary based on project demands and location within Federal Way, Washington, and surrounding areas. We do not promise we can fully restore every item or property.
Quotes, Billing, and Payment
Any initial quote or estimate we provide is based on the visible damage and is not a final invoice. The final invoice reflects the actual scope of work, including any necessary changes found during the restoration. Clients will be notified of major changes before they are executed. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements, such as direct billing to insurance, are made.
We accept common payment methods. Unpaid balances may incur late fees as permitted by Federal Way, WA law. Disputes must be submitted in writing within ten days of the final invoice date.
Insurance and Claims Assistance
We help clients by providing detailed insurance documentation, including photo reports, moisture mapping data, and itemized billing for submission to your insurer. We assist in communicating the scope of work. However, please understand that approvals, coverage decisions, and final payments are made solely by your insurance provider.
Federal Way Restoration Pros cannot guarantee policy coverage or the amount your insurer will pay. The client remains ultimately responsible for all charges not covered by insurance.
Scheduling, Access, and Site Conditions
The client must provide safe, clear access to the property for our crews during agreed-upon work windows. You are responsible for ensuring that necessary utilities, such as electricity and water, are available for our equipment.
If hazardous conditions beyond our initial scope are found, or if minors or uncontained pets pose a safety risk, we may need to pause work until the conditions are addressed. Work may also pause if local permits or permissions are delayed. Our teams operate out of 33530 1st Way S suite 122.
Health and Safety
Our teams receive training to meet high standards, including IICRC guidelines, to safely handle damaged environments. We use appropriate PPE, implement site containment with negative air machines for mold, and use EPA-registered disinfectants where needed.
We operate in compliance with local health and safety rules in Federal Way, Washington. We prioritize controlling contaminants and ensuring the safety of our clients and staff throughout the cleanup process.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers have a few key responsibilities. You must remove easily movable valuables when asked by our crew to prevent damage or loss during cleanup. You must promptly disclose any known preexisting property issues or hidden conditions.
Following all safety instructions given by our project manager is crucial. This includes following directions regarding structural drying equipment and not entering containment zones. Fast communication helps the job move smoothly.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Federal Way Restoration Pros offers a limited warranty solely on the workmanship performed directly by our crews. This warranty excludes damage from preexisting conditions, normal wear and tear over time, hidden defects in the building structure, or future acts of nature.
We are not responsible for failures of third-party products, like appliances that caused a flood. This warranty is specific to the restoration work and does not cover the property itself.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific restoration service provided. Federal Way Restoration Pros will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services, to the extent permitted by law. This includes damages for business interruption or lost data. We work hard, but certain risks are inherent in the restoration process.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You must notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service appointment. Cancellations made without reasonable advance notice may incur a fee to cover lost time and mobilization costs.
For emergency work, which requires immediate deployment of resources, cancellation terms may be different and will be discussed clearly at the time of the service request.

Our Damage Restoration Process
1. Assess
We begin with a careful, scientific inspection, using tools to check for unseen moisture and contamination across the property. This determines the extent of the disaster.
2. Mitigate
Our trained crews move fast to stop the damage source, extract water, and set up containment barriers and specialized drying equipment immediately.
3. Restore
The final phase involves thorough cleaning, necessary repairs, and full reconstruction to bring your home or business completely back to its original condition.
